Believe it or not yes there are people still trying Oath shot arcane mimicry ursans. There was a thread on guru recently about a few trying to form up.

By the same token, there are retards who are using the most imbalanced PvE skill in the game, namely "Save Yourselves" on a classic imbagon build, and then claim to be running a "balanced" team..lolz.
